1. Know Your Numbers
Our event packages are designed for groups of 13 or more. If your crew is 12 or fewer, you don't need a formal booking! Just give our front desk a ring at 778-755-4605 to grab your lanes.

2. Big Parties, Big Fun
We are the experts at hosting 60+ guests! To make sure your event is flawless, we iron out every detail in advance. Note: For our largest groups, we offer food packages to ensure the highest quality and fastest service.

3. Choose Your Vibe
Our lanes are full service—we bring the food and drinks directly to you while you play! No separate pub reservation is required. However, if you’d like to move to the pub side before or after your games, just let us know and we’ll add that to your request.

4. The "No-Stress" Deadline
You have until one week prior to your event to adjust your lane count or food order. Because we prep specifically for you, any changes made within 7 days of the event will still require full payment for the original booking.

5. Spread the Word
Once we’ve locked in the details via email, you’re the captain! It’s up to you to relay all the info (timing, food, and rules) to your guests so everyone arrives ready to roll.
